Workplace Counselling and Coaching

Workplace counselling is extremely helpful for both employees and employers and can play an important role within any organisation.

It is usually a short term intervention that can be offered to employees who may be having some work related difficulty such as stress, perceived bullying, overwork, difficult colleagues which may be impacting on their performance.
